The squiggly Zonai sword Link has in the final trailer from Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom! This is a physical print in PLA filament.

The sword in its damaged form measures at approx. 90cm. The crossguard slots into the base of the blade - this is because the handle/crossguard section is that of the Rusty Broadsword! We imagine this sword is a result of Link's new Fuse power. There is a channel for a 6.3mm/quarter inch rod throughout the length of the sword.
