B Grade Foam Information

B Grade foam is exempt from bulk discount offers as it is already highly discounted and we cant guarantee stock amounts

Why do we offer B Grade Foam:

B grade foam is imperfect / damaged foam sheets we receive from the supplier

we receive these sheets as the manufacturing process can sometimes be inconsistent due to forces outside of productions control. while we do try to limit the amount or size of imperfections requesting the manufacturer to only send perfect sheets leads to high wastage so instead of these almost perfect sheets ending up in landfill we want to offer them to the community at a reduced price

What can I expect from B Grade Foam:

B Grade foam may have one or more large air bubbles, marks that may look like its been burned, bumps in the foam, or a hole going through the foam.

typically 90-95% of the foam is perfectly usable or you can have these defects facing on the inside of your armour/prop as usually the imperfections only affect one side.

Why Choose B Grade Foam:

B grade foam is perfect for builds where you need a lot of small pieces.

If you are happy to cut around the imperfections or can have them on the inside of your props/armour.

if you are on a tighter budget or are a beginner wanting to give foam smithing a try and want a cheaper option!
